Shrimp Soup & Rice Recipe PalmettoGirl
- 2 cans Campbell's Cream of Shrimp Soup
- 1-1 1/2 lbs mini shrimp
- Rice; any kind- I prefer Jasmine
- Cook rice according to package
- Stir together the condensed soup (wihtout milk or water) and shrimp; heat until shrimp is hot.
- Spoon soup and shrimp over the rice- so easy and delicious!
