Persian ?Ice Cream? Sundae

  1. Put softened soy dessert into large bowl.
  2. Stir in rose water, pistachios and saffron until well blended.
  3. Scoop mixture into freezer container, and refreeze until almost solid.
  4. Serve with whipped cream, if using.
