Margarita Jelly

  1. Measure prepared fruit juice, water, liquors, and butter into a large saucepan.
  2. Add sugar to fruit and mix well.
  3. Place saucepan over high heat.
  4. Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly.
  5. Immediately stir in liquid fruit pectin.
  6. Continue to stir and bring to a full rolling boil.
  7. Boil hard for 1 min.
  8. Remove from heat and skim if necessary.
  9. Pour quickly into warm, sterilized jars filling up to 1/4 inch from rim.
  10. Seal while hot with sterilized 2-piece lids with new centres.
