Amaranth Date Nut Bread Recipe

  1. Soak dates and amaranth in boiling water.
  2. Beat Large eggs well, add in honey and butter; beat well.
  3. Stir in all other ingredients mixing well.
  4. Pour into an oiled loaf pan.
  5. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
