Quick And Easy Pepper Steak And Gravy

  1. Cook steak in oil until lightly brown.
  2. Add enough water to cover the meat.
  3. Cook until meat falls apart.
  4. You may have to add a little more water.
  5. Only add enough to cover the meat, you don't want too much water at this point. When meat is done, add Lipton mix (both pkgs), peppers, onions, and mushrooms.
  6. Add 4 cups water. When all is done, add a few tablespoons of water to the cornstarch and mix well.
  7. Pour into the meat.
  8. Stir well.
  9. If you want it thinner add more water.
  10. If you want it thicker add more cornstarch (make sure to mix the cornstarch with a little water first).
  11. Serve this over rice.
