Lemon Chicken And Pasta
- 1/4 cup margarine or butter
- 2 (4 oz.) boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into strips
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp each chopped chives, parsley and thyme
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 lb. angel hair pasta, cooked
- KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Melt margarine or butter in large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and garlic; cook and stir for 2 to 3 minutes or until chicken is done.
- Stir in herbs and lemon juice; heat through.
- Pour over hot cooked pasta, tossing to coat.
- Serve immediately with cheese.
