Liver And Onions Recipe

  1. Soak liver in lowfat milk for 15 min.
  2. Remove and dust each slice with flour.
  3. Heat butter in large frying pan.
  4. Add in onions and saute/fry 2 min.
  5. Add in liver and fry on high heat till nice and crispy on both sides.
  6. Serve and season with salt and pepper.
