Liver And Onions Recipe
- 1 pound lean beef liver, sliced
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 lg. sliced onion
- 1 stick butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Soak liver in lowfat milk for 15 min.
- Remove and dust each slice with flour.
- Heat butter in large frying pan.
- Add in onions and saute/fry 2 min.
- Add in liver and fry on high heat till nice and crispy on both sides.
- Serve and season with salt and pepper.
