Cauliflower-Broccoli Au Gratin
- 1 (10 oz.) box each: frozen cauliflower and broccoli
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. each: salt, seasoned salt and pepper
- 1/8 tsp. Accent
- 2 c. hot milk
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 (2 oz.) jar chopped drained pimento
- 3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 10 oz. soda crackers, crushed
- Cook frozen vegetables as directed; drain.
- Put into 2-quart casserole.
- Melt butter over low heat.
- Stir in flour and seasonings until smooth and bubbly.
- Remove from heat; stir in milk.
- Stir over low heat until thick.
- Sprinkle onion, pimento and cheese over vegetables.
- Pour sauce over all.
- Sprinkle with crackers and paprika.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes.
- Makes 8 servings.
