Cauliflower-Broccoli Au Gratin

  1. Cook frozen vegetables as directed; drain.
  2. Put into 2-quart casserole.
  3. Melt butter over low heat.
  4. Stir in flour and seasonings until smooth and bubbly.
  5. Remove from heat; stir in milk.
  6. Stir over low heat until thick.
  7. Sprinkle onion, pimento and cheese over vegetables.
  8. Pour sauce over all.
  9. Sprinkle with crackers and paprika.
  10. Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes.
  11. Makes 8 servings.
