Mango, Chili, and Lime Shake
- 14 cup cold milk (whole or low-fat)
- 14 cup lime juice
- 14 teaspoon chili powder (to taste)
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened until just melty at the edges (vanilla bean or original)
- 2 cups sorbet, softened until just melty at the edges
- In a blender, combine all ingredients, Pulse several times to begin breaking up ice cream and sorbet.
- With blender off, use a silicone spatula to mash ice cream and sorbet mixture onto blades.
- Continue pulsing and stopping to mash until mixture is thick, smooth and moves easily in blender, about 1 minute.
