Always a Hit Basic Egg Rolls

  1. brown hamburger making sure its small for rolling.
  2. season hamburger with onion and seasoning salt to taste.
  3. steam cabbage and onion.
  4. combine cabbage mixture and hamburger in large pot.
  5. allow to cool by mixing often.
  6. preheat peanut oil for frying.
  7. once cooled roll eggrolls diaper style.
  8. sealing with egg white on last seam.
  9. place to the side until all are rolled.
  10. fry eggrolls until golden brown.
  11. serve with your favorite sweet and sour sauce.
