Tri-Colour Veggie Burgers

  1. Grate or julienne vegetables.
  2. Mix grated vegetables with egg whites; season.
  3. Place about 2 tablespoons worth of mixture into a non-stick frypan, flatten it out slightly so that the burgers are about 1cm thick.
  4. Cook on both sides till golden brown and crispy.
