Tri-Colour Veggie Burgers
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 medium zucchini
- 12 medium brown onion
- 2 egg whites
- salt and pepper, to taste
- Grate or julienne vegetables.
- Mix grated vegetables with egg whites; season.
- Place about 2 tablespoons worth of mixture into a non-stick frypan, flatten it out slightly so that the burgers are about 1cm thick.
- Cook on both sides till golden brown and crispy.
