Tuna Salad Sandwich
- 1 carrot, peeled and grated
- 2 tsp. CLAUSSEN Sweet Pickle Relish
- 2 tsp. KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
- 3 oz. canned white tuna in water
- 2 romaine lettuce leaves
- 2 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
- 1/2 cup low-fat frozen yogurt
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 Tbsp. COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping
- 1 pouch , favorite flavor; or 8 fl oz (1 cup) drinking water
- Place carrots, relish, mayonnaise and tuna in a bowl; blend well.
- Place tuna mixture and lettuce leaves between bread slices and enjoy.
- Complement sandwich with frozen yogurt topped with blueberries and COOL WHIP.
- Serve a pouch of CAPRI SUN ROARIN WATERS or a glass of water with the meal.
