Harusame Glass Noodle Ramen
- 20 grams Cellophane noodles
- 1/2 bag Bean sprouts
- 1 cm Carrot
- 200 ml Chinese soup stock
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- Simmer the vegetables in the Chinese soup stock, or in about 250 ml of boiling water and add the Chinese soup stock granules at the end.
- When the vegetable are cooked, turn off the heat, and add the harusame glass noodles.
- Leave them for about 10 minutes.
- When the harusame glass noodles are rehydrated, season with salt and pepper.
