Harusame Glass Noodle Ramen

  1. Simmer the vegetables in the Chinese soup stock, or in about 250 ml of boiling water and add the Chinese soup stock granules at the end.
  2. When the vegetable are cooked, turn off the heat, and add the harusame glass noodles.
  3. Leave them for about 10 minutes.
  4. When the harusame glass noodles are rehydrated, season with salt and pepper.
