Egg Mcmuffin Light

  1. Toast English muffin.
  2. Heat pan over medium high heat and coat with cooking spray.
  3. Mix water, egg, salt and pepper in a bowl and pour into pan.
  4. Cook until egg is cooked.
  5. Spread 1/2 Tbsp, butter spread on each half of English muffin.
  6. Top one half with egg and cheese and top with the other half.
  7. Wait a few seconds for cheese to begin to melt.
  8. Eat!
