PHILADELPHIA 3-STEP OREO Cheesecake

• 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla
• 2 eggs
• 6 OREO Cookies, coarsely chopped, divided
• 1 OREO Pie Crust (6 oz.)

1. Heat oven to 325F.
2. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with mixer until blended.
3. Add eggs; mix just until blended.
4. Stir in 1/2 cup cookies.
5. Pour into crust; sprinkle with remaining cookies.
6. Bake 35 to 40 min.
7. or until center is almost set.
8. Cool.
9. Refrigerate 3 hours.
