Mixed Meat And Vegetables (Yugoslavia) Recipe
- 2 lbs. meat (pork, veal and lamb mixed)
- 1/2 pound carrots
- 1 pound tomatoes
- 1 pound green or possibly red pepper
- 1 pound onion
- 1 eggplant
- 1 pound potatoes
- 1 pound okra
- 1 zucchini
- 1/2 pound beans
- 2 tbsp. oil
- Salt, pepper, oregano, paprika
- Cut the meat into 1 inch cubes and fry in oil for 5 to 8 min.
- Add in the vegetables cut in small pcs and cook together for 5 - 10 min more.
- Add in salt and pepper and mix well.
- Put in deep bake pan and bake for 30 to 45 min at 350 degrees.
- Serves 8.
