Sugarless Mudd Cake
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. oleo
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 4 tsp. powdered diet sweetener
- 1 pkg. sugar-free whipped topping
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 1 large box instant sugar-free vanilla pudding
- 1 small box instant sugar-free chocolate pudding
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 2 oz. sugar-free chocolate bar
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Place flour and pecans in a 9 x 13-inch pan; melt oleo and pour over flour and pecans.
- Mix well and flatten in pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Cool.
- Make whipped topping as directed with 1/2 cup cold water.
- Add cream cheese and diet sweetener.
- Beat well and spread on top of cooled first layer. Make another package of whipped topping.
- Spread on top.
- Finish with shaved chocolate bar.
