Milky Salted Black Soy Beans
- 1 Cooked kuromame
- 1 Skim milk powder
- 1 very small pinch, (to taste) Salt (I recommend large-crystal natural salt)
- 1 sprinkle, (to taste) Cinnamon
- Put the kuromame in a dish.
- Top with the skim milk powder and sprinkle with a very small pinch of salt.
- I used large-crystal natural salt (Maldon salt).
- It changes the flavor and is delicious.
- And it's complete.
- If you like, top with cinnamon, which is also tasty.
- Sweetly simmered black beans with matcha green tea are also delicious.
