Asian Noodle Salad Recipe

  1. Cook vegetables as directed on package till crisp-tender.
  2. Drain; rinse with cool water.
  3. In a large bowl combine vegetables, cabbage and onions.
  4. In a small jar with tight-fitting lid, combine oil, vinegar, sugar and seasoning package from soup mix; shake well.
  5. Pour over vegetable mix, just to coat.
  6. Cover; chill at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
  7. Just before serving, break noodles into pcs.
  8. Add in noodle pcs and sesame to salad; toss to combine.
