Honey Glazed Veal Loaf Recipe

  1. Combine grnd meat, bread crumbs, 1/3 c. onion, basil, salt and pepper.
  2. Add in evaporated lowfat milk, mixing lightly but thoroughly.
  3. Place loaf in pan.
  4. Combine mustard and honey.
  5. Brush half of glaze over loaf.
  6. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 min.
  7. Brush with remaining glaze.
  8. Bake 30 min more.
  9. Sprinkle remaining green onions on top.
  10. Serves 6.
