Quick and Easy Chili
- 1 lb ground beef
- 15 12 ounces light red kidney beans, undrained
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 6 ounces tomato paste
- 10 12 ounces Campbell's French onion soup
- 14 cup diced red pepper
- 14 cup diced green pepper
- 12 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- In a large heavy pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat breaking up any lumps with a fork.
- Cook until the meat is evenly browned.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients.
- Bring to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
