Steamed Burghul
- 14 kg red pumpkins or 14 kg cucumber
- 14 kg fine burghul
- 14 kg jaggery, to taste (I like it less sweet)
- 14 teaspoon anise seed
- 12-1 coconut, grated
- Grind the pumpkin and mix all the ingredients into it.
- Keep aside for 1/2 an hour to an hour.
- Steam in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes.
- Done.
