Meatless Chili II

  1. Saute onions in oil.
  2. Add ingredients.
  3. Stir.
  4. Simmer 20 to 25 minutes.
  5. Celery should be crisp.
  6. Serve over rice or with bread and salad.
  7. May be frozen in oiled baking dish.
  8. Defrost and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
