Greek Salad

  1. Wash romaine lettuce, pat dry with paper towels and tear into bite size pieces.
  2. Place in a large bowl with cucumber, mint, cheeses, olives and tomato.
  3. In small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and pepper; whisk together until well blended.
  4. Pour dressing over salad, toss well and serve.
