Blue Barfly Recipe
- 3 Tbsp. coconut rum such as, Parrot Bay Blue curacao
- 1/4 c. pineapple juice Orange wedge for garnish
- Pour rum, blue curacao and pineapple juice into cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake briefly and strain into ice-filled rocks glass.
- Garnish with orange wedge.
- This recipe yields 1 serving.
