Blue Barfly Recipe

• 3 Tbsp. coconut rum such as, Parrot Bay Blue curacao
• 1/4 c. pineapple juice Orange wedge for garnish

1. Pour rum, blue curacao and pineapple juice into cocktail shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake briefly and strain into ice-filled rocks glass.
3. Garnish with orange wedge.
4. This recipe yields 1 serving.
