Baked French Toast

• 1 1/2 slice white bread
• 2 eggs
• 2 tbsp butter
• 3 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 drop of vanila extract

1. melt butter and brown sugar on tray
2. lightly beat eggs with vanilla extract
3. add bread then pour eggs evenly coat
4. bake 180 C for 15 minute till top lightly brown and crispy
5. let it cool first then serve top icing sugar and honey
