Chicken Chile Verde

  1. Heat oil and cook meat, onions and garlic.
  2. Add spices and chicken broth.
  3. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in peans and salsa and heat through.
  5. Serve with cilantro, scallions, cheese and chips.
