Chicken and Hazelnut Salad

• 200g beetroot leaves
• 1 medium sized (500g) BBQ chicken, bones removed and cut into pieces Whole Foods 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
• 100g hazelnuts, toasted
• 150g sugar snap peas, blanched
• 1/3 cup KRAFT Balsamic Italian Dressing

1. Combine beetroot leaves, BBQ chicken, hazelnuts and sugar snap peas.
2. Drizzle with dressing and serve.
