Chicken and Broccoli Casserole

  1. Boil Chicken breasts until done (approx.
  2. 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on size of chicken breasts).
  3. When done, remove skin, debone and break into bite size pieces.
  4. Prepare stuffing according to package directions.
  5. Cook broccoli according to package directions (drain well).
  6. Spread prepared stuffing in bottom of 9x12 glass baking dish.
  7. Layer chicken over stuffing.
  8. Spoon cream of chicken soup over stuffing and chicken.
  9. Next add the layer of broccoli.
  10. Slice the velveeta cheese and place in slices over the broccoli.
  11. Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) for 30-45 minutes or until bubbly and hot.
  12. Allow to set for 5 minutes before serving.
