Cheesy Chicken and Rice Casserole

  1. Stir soup, water, rice, onion powder, black pepper, and vegetables in a 11x8 shallow baking dish.
  2. Season chicken however you desire.
  3. Top rice with chicken.
  4. Cover with foil.
  5. Bake at 375 for 50 minutes or until chicken and rice are done.
  6. Top with cheese and return to oven for 2 minutes.
  7. Let casserole stand for 3 minutes.
  8. Stir rice before serving.
