Pink Pony Sauce

• 1 tablespoon water
• 8 ounces silken tofu
• 1 teaspoon horseradish freshly grated
• 13 cup beets grated
• 13 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1 teaspoon honey
• 2 teaspoons olive oil

1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
2. Puree on high until smooth and creamy.
3. Serve as a dipping sauce with turnip chips.
