Three Bean Hot Dish

• 1 cup onion, chopped
• 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans
• 1 (15 ounce) can black beans or 1 (15 ounce) can cannellini beans
• 2 (15 ounce) cans pork & beans
• 12 cup ketchup
• 1 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1 teaspoon vinegar
• 14 cup brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons molasses

1. Saute onions until browned.
2. Combine with rest of ingredients in 2 qt casserole.
3. Bake at 350 for 90 minutes.
