Flora's Low Carb Personal Pizzas and Buffalo Chicken

  1. In a skillet on medium high heat place a tortilla and cover with sauce, the cheeses, pepperoni, and jalapeno.
  2. Cook until the bottom gets crispy and the cheese melts.
  3. Coat your baked chicken breast with buffalo sauce
  4. You can totally do this with chicken strips and low fat cheese to make it easier and reduce calories.
  5. Veggies would be a perfect topping.
