Stir-Fry Salad Pizza
- 1 sheet frozen pizza pastry (puff)
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. fennel seed, crushed
- 1 c. mushrooms
- 4 oz. Canadian-style bacon or ham, cut up into slices
- 3 c. torn greens
- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (8 oz.)
- Place crust on baking sheet (12-inches).
- Prick bottom.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden.
- Preheat a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add cooking oil.
- Stir-fry garlic and fennel in hot oil for 30 seconds.
- Add mushrooms and stir-fry for 1 minute.
- Add Canadian bacon to wok and stir-fry for 1 minute.
- Remove wok from heat.
- Add greens to wok and toss. Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups cheese over crust.
- Broil 5 inches from the heat for 1 to 2 minutes, until cheese melts.
- Spoon wok mixture evenly over crust to within 1 inch of the edge.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese atop.
- Broil 5 inches from heat for 1 minute.
