Bombay Curried Chicken Salad

  1. Brush chicken breasts with oil.
  2. Grill 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  3. Cut into thin strips; place in large bowl.
  4. Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
  5. Cover.
  6. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
