Easy Greek Chicken
- 2 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Dried Basil
- 1/2 teaspoons Dried Oregano
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoons Dried Parsley
- 1/4 teaspoons Dried Rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoons Dried Dill Weed
- 1/4 teaspoons Dried Marjoram
- 18 teaspoons Ground Thyme
- 18 teaspoons Ground Nutmeg
- 1/2 cups Diced Cucumber
- 1/2 cups Diced Grape Tomato
- 1/4 cups Kalamata Olives, Chopped
- 1/4 cups Artichoke Hearts, Chopped
- 3/4 cups Feta Cheese, Cubed Or Crumbled
- 1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinaigrette Or Any Oil And Vinegar Based Vinaigrette
- Ground Black Pepper To Taste
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Combine all of the dry rub ingredients in a small bowl.
- With your hands, rub chicken breasts thoroughly with dry rub.
- Bake chicken breasts for 30 minutes or until cooked through and juices run clear.
- Mix all the topping ingredients together in a small bowl.
- Once chicken is cooked, top both breasts off with topping and serve.
