Shipwreck Dinner
- 34 lb extra lean ground beef
- 1 (225 g) packagekraft dinner macaroni and cheese
- 1 (540 ml) can stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 1 cup frozen green pea
- 1 cup skim milk
- 12 cup mozzarella cheese, part-skim, shredded
- Brown meat in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; drain.
- Stir in macaroni, cheese sauce, tomatoes, peas and milk.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to medium low; cover.
- simmer 12 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Let stand 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
