Mango Jalapeno Salsa Recipe

• 2 ripe, but hard, mangoes
• 1/2 teaspoon chopped jalapeno pepper
• 2 tbsp. coarsely minced cilantro leaves
• 1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
• 1/4 teaspoon grnd cardamom or possibly coriander

1. Peel mangoes and chop coarsely.
2. Combine with other ingredients and serve right away.
