Buttermilk Garlic Dressing Recipe

• 2/3 c. lowfat sour cream
• 1 c. mayonnaise
• 1/4 tsp crushed garlic
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1/2 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
• 1 tsp mustard pwdr
• 2 Tbsp. sugar
• 1/2 c. buttermilk

1. Blend all in a blender till smooth.
2. Flavor is better when it sets for a couple hrs and it's great used for a dip.
3. This recipe yields sufficient dressing for 6 to 8 servings.
