Garlic And Cheese Bruschetta(Low Calorie)
- 1 c. nonfat process cream cheese
- 1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. nonfat sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise
- 1 c. finely shredded low sodium fat Swiss cheese, divided
- 1/4 c. finely grated fresh Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 1 Tbsp. minced green onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 16 (1-inch) diagonally cut slices French bread, toasted
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl; beat at medium speed of electric mixer until smooth.
- Stir in 1/2 cup of Swiss cheese, Parmesan cheese and next 3 ingredients.
- Spread cheese mixture evenly over toast slices; sprinkle evenly with remaining 1/2 cup Swiss cheese.
- Broil for 1 1/2 minutes or until Swiss cheese melts.
- Sprinkle with pepper.
- Yield:
- 16 servings.
