Salmon Meuniere with Lemon Sauce

  1. Season the salmon with salt, pepper and garlic powder, and coat with flour.
  2. Melt the butter in a frying pan, and pan fry the salmon.
  3. Make the sauce.
  4. Mix the mayonnaise, sugar and soy sauce together.
  5. Add the lemon juice and some grated cheese, and mix well.
  6. Arrange the salmon on serving plates, pour the sauce over it, and serve.
  7. I used this bottled lemon juice.
