Salmon Meuniere with Lemon Sauce
- 2 slice Fish filets (I used salmon)
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1 dash Garlic powder
- 1 Plain flour
- 1 pat Butter
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice (I used bottled lemon juice)
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 dash Grated cheese
- Season the salmon with salt, pepper and garlic powder, and coat with flour.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan, and pan fry the salmon.
- Make the sauce.
- Mix the mayonnaise, sugar and soy sauce together.
- Add the lemon juice and some grated cheese, and mix well.
- Arrange the salmon on serving plates, pour the sauce over it, and serve.
- I used this bottled lemon juice.
