Nutty Pudding Bars
- 2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 c. butterscotch or peanut butter chips
- 1 (12 oz.) jar peanut butter
- 1 oz. unsweetened chocolate
- 1 c. margarine
- 1/2 (4 serving) pkg. regular vanilla pudding (5 Tbsp.)
- 1/3 c. evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 lb. powdered sugar
- 2 1/2 c. coarsely chopped peanuts
- Combine chips, peanut butter and unsweetened chocolate. Stir over low heat until melted. Spread 1/2 in 15 x 10-inch pan. Chill. Combine butter, pudding and milk. Cook and stir to melt butter. Stir in vanilla. Turn into large mixer bowl; beat in sugar until smooth. Spread over chilled layer. Sprinkle nuts on top. Spread remaining chocolate over all. Chill until firm. Makes 6 pounds.
