Nutty Pudding Bars

  1. Combine chips, peanut butter and unsweetened chocolate. Stir over low heat until melted. Spread 1/2 in 15 x 10-inch pan. Chill. Combine butter, pudding and milk. Cook and stir to melt butter. Stir in vanilla. Turn into large mixer bowl; beat in sugar until smooth. Spread over chilled layer. Sprinkle nuts on top. Spread remaining chocolate over all. Chill until firm. Makes 6 pounds.
