Chicken in Greek Yoghurt Sauce
- 2 corn fed chicken drumsticks
- 1 packages Plain Greek Yoghurt
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 1 Lemon Juice & Zest
- 1 pinch of Salt & Pepper
- 1 pinch of Organo
- 1 pinch of Basil
- Mix yoghurt, crushed garlic, lemon juice, zest, salt, pepper & herbs.
- Use half of yoghurt sauce over both sides of chicken
- Marinate overnight.
- Cook chicken for 40 minutes until cooked thoroughly
- Serve with potatoes and rest of sauce
