Chicken in Greek Yoghurt Sauce

  1. Mix yoghurt, crushed garlic, lemon juice, zest, salt, pepper & herbs.
  2. Use half of yoghurt sauce over both sides of chicken
  3. Marinate overnight.
  4. Cook chicken for 40 minutes until cooked thoroughly
  5. Serve with potatoes and rest of sauce
