Fillet of Sole Paprika

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Arrange fillets in a greased shallow baking dish.
  3. Cover with onion slices.
  4. Blend sour cream, wine, flour, lemon juice, and seasonings and pour over entire baking dish.
  5. Bake for about 25 minutes, or until fish is tender.
