Scalloped Chicken

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine bread cubes and 1 cup cracker crumbs.
  2. Stir in broth, eggs, salt, celery, onion, chicken and mushrooms.
  3. Spoon into a greased 2-qt.
  4. casserole.
  5. In a saucepan, melt butter; brown remaining cracker crumbs.
  6. Sprinkle over casserole.
  7. Bake at 350F for 1 hour.
