Fresh Mozzarella Stuffed Jumbo Shrimp

  1. Combine bread crumbs, parsley, garlic, Parmesan cheese, crushed red pepper, and salt.
  2. Stir in melted butter and water.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Place about 1 tablespoon bread crumb mixture on each butterflied shrimp.
  5. Top each with 1 Cilliegine.
  6. Sprinkle each with any remaining bread crumb mixture.
  7. Arrange on a lightly greased pan and bake at 375F for 12 minutes.
  8. Yield: 12 Servings.
