Avocado Pasta

  1. Slice the avocado in half and remove the core.
  2. Spoon out the flesh and place it in a food processor or blender with the half-and-half, cilantro, Parmesan cheese, lime juice and garlic clove.
  3. Blend on high until creamy.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Toss with warm pasta and serve warm or chilled.
