HEALTHY LIVING Easy Apricot-Almond Pudding Pie
- 1/2 cup sugar-free apricot preserves
- 1 ready-to-use reduced-fat graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)
- 1/4 cup PLANTERS Sliced Almonds, toasted, divided
- 2 pkg. (1 oz. each) JELL-O Cheesecake Flavor Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Pudding
- 1-1/2 cups cold fat-free milk
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract
- 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping
- Spread preserves onto bottom of crust; top with half the nuts.
- Beat pudding mixes, milk and extract in large bowl with whisk 2 min.
- (Pudding will be thick.)
- Stir in COOL WHIP; spread over ingredients in crust.
- Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
- Sprinkle with remaining nuts just before serving.
