Spicy Taco Meat
- 1 lb lean ground chuck
- 1 can mexican chopped tomato
- 12 can of mexican style chili bean
- 12 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 dash red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
- Brown Beef with chili powder, cumin, peper flakes, garlic and onions.
- Mash Chili Beans with potato masher to 1/2 smooth consistancy.
- Add Tomatoes and Beans to Beef and simmer 5 minutes.
