Cranberry-Pear Crumble Pie

  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Line 9-inch pie plate with crust.
  3. Bake 5 to 6 min.
  4. or until lightly browned; cool.
  5. Meanwhile, mix wafer crumbs, sugar and butter until blended.
  6. Reduce oven temperature to 375 degrees F. Spread cream cheese carefully onto bottom of crust; sprinkle with half the crumb mixture.
  7. Combine fruit in large bowl.
  8. Add dry pudding mix and cinnamon; toss to coat.
  9. Spoon into crust; top with remaining crumb mixture.
  10. Bake 35 min.
  11. or until fruit is tender and crust is golden brown.
  12. Cool completely.
  13. Serve topped with COOL WHIP.
